We are constantly making the necessary adjustments to the way our business operates to continue to provide you the safest and best levels of customer service in these challenging circumstances. We will continue to monitor and adhere to Government and Health authority guidelines on a regular basis. Unless circumstances change, we will continue to offer a contactless ordering option.
Our ORDERING process can be completed in 4 simple steps, as follows.
- Go to www.diymegastore.com.au website to order items as desired by adding to cart.
- Click to Checkout and follow the prompts to make payment. You will receive an order confirmation via email.
- We will process your order accordingly.
- Once your order is despatched, you will receive an email with a Tracking ID. You can track the status of your ordering from here.*^

*- Delivery of smaller item orders will be by AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL) basis. That is, if you are not home your order will be left at your front door.
^- Delivery of bulky items – Limitation of delivery by our freight company is to the front of property/driveway only, at the driver’s discretion they may assist you in hand unloading but are not required to do so. In all instances, social distancing of required 1.5m is to be practiced.
You may also order as a ‘click and collect’ option at checkout however, ensure you meet the Victorian Governments’ guidelines.
